Frequent questions about saving a company
Indebtedness causes stress and many doubts. We've gathered specific answers to the questions we most frequently hear from company owners during the first meetings in Warsaw.
How much does the first telephone consultation cost?
An initial telephone analysis of your situation is free. It usually lasts 20 minutes and allows us to reliably assess whether restructuring makes economic sense in your case. Honestly: if we find that bankruptcy is inevitable, we will tell you straight to your face during this first call.
Will my creditors find out about the debt audit?
No. The opening audit is an internal document, prepared exclusively for your company's management board. Banks and suppliers find out about our activities only when we officially proceed to settlement negotiations with a specific repayment plan in hand. Until then, we act in full discretion.
What if the bailiff has already seized the company account?
We act in emergency mode. We prepare applications to suspend enforcement and open talks with the creditor on your behalf. In 32% of cases, we manage to unblock funds in the account within the first 9 business days of our collaboration.
Who exactly will analyze my documents?
We are a group of 4 specialists from Warsaw. Each of us has a background in banking or financial audit. Your case is always led by one of the partners, not a random intern. This guarantees a tough approach to negotiations with banks and the Tax Office.
How quickly can you prepare a rescue plan for the company?
We usually start work within 3 business days of signing the agreement. You will receive a full report with a debt map and a repayment priority list from us after 11 days. Time is your only ally, so we don't waste it on unnecessary paperwork.
Do you also help very small, one-person companies?
We focus on small and medium enterprises that hold between 3 and 12 active loans or leases. If your company generates turnover but loses liquidity due to installments, restructuring is exactly for you. We do not handle consumer bankruptcies for private individuals.
If your situation requires an immediate reaction, don't wait for an e-mail. Call our office directly.
