Experience derived from banking

Marek spent 8 years working in the collection and restructuring departments of large commercial banks. He saw hundreds of bankruptcy applications from the inside. Since 2017, he has been using this knowledge at Wisła Restructuring House to help business owners. He knows exactly which arguments hit credit committees and which are immediately rejected. He doesn't promise miracles, but finds loopholes in procedures that allow for gaining breathing time.

In 2023 alone, Marek closed 19 settlement cases with banks. He most often works with production and transport companies from around Warsaw and Siedlce. His result from July 2024 is negotiating a suspension of principal repayment for 14 months for a construction wholesaler that lost liquidity due to payment bottlenecks. This is a concrete step that allowed this company to maintain 11 jobs and avoid a bailiff's visit to the warehouse.

Concrete approach to numbers

To be honest, Marek doesn't like long meetings. During the first visit, he spends about 45 minutes analyzing the balance sheet and the profit and loss account. If he sees that restructuring has no chance of success, he says it straight in the first hour of consultation. He respects clients' time and money. In October 2024, he helped a small printing house in Pruszków reduce debt service costs by 2,300 PLN per month by changing the terms of a working capital loan.

His desk in the Warsaw office on Marszałkowska is always full of binders, but the documents are in order. Marek believes that in talks with creditors, only a hard plan and math count. Privately, he is interested in maritime history, which inspired him to co-create our company's name. He believes every company can be steered into safe waters, provided the owner doesn't start acting too late.

To start collaboration, Marek needs your latest CIT declaration and a current list of obligations broken down by banks and suppliers. He won't move without these data. Hey, the rules are clear: audit, plan, action. Only in this way can we realistically handle your case and prepare the first proposal for the bank in less than 6 business days.
